Controller has a mount, which is designed to fit onto the existing clutch cable mounting
Simply remove the top bolt from the clutch mounting, pass it through the mounting plate and refit the bolt to the clutch mounting
NOTE: Under no circumstances remove the backing plate as this could lead to failure of the washer seals and to eventual water ingress with complete failure of the unit possible.
